Handling Complaints and Feedback for the NRPB Philipsburg Police Station Project

Addressing complaints promptly and carefully allows us to better understand community needs, identify areas for improvement, and enhance overall satisfaction.
All complaints are handled in accordance with our Complaints Procedure, ensuring a transparent, inclusive, and accessible process for addressing concerns, complaints, and grievances related to the project’s planning, implementation, and impact.
How to Submit a Complaint
You can submit a complaint through the following methods:
- Download the complaint form via [link] or scan the QR code.
- Obtain a hard copy at the front desk of Independent Consulting Engineers N.V. (Zagersgut Road 13, Philipsburg, Sint Maarten)
- Submit your completed form via email to arelis@icesxm.com, in person at the front desk of Independent Consulting Engineers N.V., or fill in the form online and click submit.
- Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent within 1 working day, after which we will conduct a detailed assessment of your complaint for follow-up.
- Complaints can be submitted at our office from Monday through Thursday, from 8.00 to 16.00 hrs.
