Civil Engineering

The steep slopes and torrential rains, which accompany tropical storms and squalls, pose a specific problem for infrastructural projects. The recently completed infrastructure for the Belvedere Housing Project (700 houses, construction cost approx. US$ 6.5 million) is the largest subdivision plan ever to be completed in the Netherlands Antilles. The subdivision plan also includes complete infrastructural provisions.

Other projects completed by the firm in the civil-engineering field include:

- Several bridges and Culverts (Break Water Bridge)
- Sewage main force line to pump sewage water from the belvedere housing project to the treatment plant at A.T. illidge Road, while providing possibility of connection of surrounding areas (capacity 270m3 / hr, 5 pump stations, length 4 km, level different +/- 100 meters)

- Global rainwater drainage masterplan for sint maarten.
- Marine projects such as: renovation of the Captain Hodge Wharf

- Road to Oysterpond
- Several Road building and subdivision projects.
